Cognac Godet goes back to a story of a father and his three sons, who have been carrying on the family heritage from generation to generation for over 400 years. The adventure began in La Rochelle, where the family's greatest passions meet - the ocean and cognac. Folle Blanche is not only the original grape variety for Cognac. It is also still considered the best raw material for cognac and was already cultivated in the Charente region at the beginning of the 16th century. The journey of this cognac, distilled 100% from Folle Blanche wines, does not only begin in this case because of the house Godet in La Rochelle.
