The Glenmorangie Distillery, which is also known as the Distillers of Tain, has existed for more than 175 years. Due to its particularly soft and gentle character, Dr. Bill was inspired to finish a select batch of the single malt in Palo Cortado casks. Palo Cortado is the rarest sherry variety, which is created by accident. Here, the protective flor yeast does not form on the sherry that should become amontillado. Strictly limited worldwide.
