Fundador is the market leader in Spanish brandies. Because Fundador uses Airen and Palomino grapes, its brandy became almost the first brand to be marketed as "Brandy de Jerez". This Brandy de Jerez matures in the solera process and contains components up to eighteen years old. Previously, these mature in used oloroso sherry barrels. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Spicy, complex, toasted aromas, nuts. Taste: Soft, silky, lush, notes of vanilla, walnuts, oak. Finish: Long lasting.
