Four Pillars Distillery is located in Healesville, in Victoria's Yarra Valley, about an hour's drive from Melbourne, and was founded in 2013 by three friends. The Rare Dry Gin is the first gin created in the Four Pillars series. The starting point was the clean, clear waters of the Yarra Valley. Added nine botanicals, as well as oranges, to create a highly aromatic character. Botanicals: juniper, orange, lemon, coriander, cardamom, cassia, anise, lavender, angelica, pepper.
