The cuvée for the rosé is composed of 70% Blauburger and 30% Chardonnay. It is matured for at least 36 months on yeast from our own cultures.Tasting notes:Elegant old pink in the glass with a fine and long-lasting perlage. Delicate fragrance with hints of yeast, which can be traced back to over three years of bottle ageing. In addition, impressions of small fruits, typical for the Pinot Nero. Delicious softness, lush delicacy and a seductive vinosity. The aromas of raspberries, wild strawberries and violets are accompanied in the finale by hints of brioche. Grape varieties: 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. An excellent aperitif or with the whole meal - selected and exclusive.
