The El Dorado Rare Collection contains a limited selection of rare and precious rums aged in the historic stills and in former Bourbon barrels. Albion was originally a sugar cane plantation, which began to produce rum from the molasses produced. However, in 1968 the Albion Distillery was closed. Today only sugar is produced here. The ENMORE 1993 Demerara Rum is distilled in Continous Coffey Still and matures for 14 years in ex-Bourbon barrels. Distilled: 2004 Bottled: 2018Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: molasses, caramel toffee, vanilla, cocoa, notes of spicy oak. Taste: powerful, notes of honey, nougat, bourbon vanilla, oak, hints of spicy pepper, spices. Finish: Long lasting, spicy, slightly bitter.
