He became the leader of his countrymen in driving the conquerors from his beloved land. Don Papa Baroko hails from the island of Negros in the Philippine archipelago. This extraordinary spirit honours the heroes of the revolution. It is refined from high-quality sugar cane, which grows on extremely fertile volcanic soils and then matures in oak barrels.
