This liqueur is organically grown and is made from red and white grapes as well as honey from the Amorpha fruticosa, a wild plant. This plant is mainly found in ditches or streams. The honey obtained from the wild plant often resembles jelly, jam or candied fruit. The liqueur is distilled with direct steam in eight copper kettles. After one year of maturation in stainless steel tanks, the honey obtained is added and the distillate is bottled.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Fine aromas, intense grappa notes.
