Description
Dodd's Gin is produced at the London Distillery Company in Bermondsey, London. The majority of the botanicals used are distilled in 'Christina', a traditional 140 litre kettle. All other botanicals are distilled in 'Little Albion' according to the Vaccum Still method and then combine with Christina's botanicals for a few weeks.Tasting notes:Color: Clear. Nose: Spicy, slightly fruity, citrus. Taste: Juniper, notes of angelica root, lemon peel, berries. Finish: Long lasting.
