Dingle Irish Whiskey is produced on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland. The Dingle Distillery was founded by Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley. The distillery produces only two barrels of whiskey per day, so all bottlings are available only in small quantities. This pot still whiskey matures exclusively in bourbon casks. This is the fifth bottling. Tasting notes:Color: Light amber. Nose: Fruity, sweet, notes of coconut, salted caramel, almonds, marzipan. Taste: Rich, full-bodied, notes of white chocolate, herbs, coconut, caramel. Finish: Long lasting.
