Description

Dictador XO Insolent is made from the fermentation of the unique "Virgin Sugar Cane" - a type of sugar cane honey. Then this rum is distilled in a modern stainless steel Alembic. The Insolent then matures in reused oak barrels from Jerez and Portugal, so that each type of barrel enriches the inside with sweet aromas that begin to caramelise in the rum, during the long ageing process.

The barrels from the individual vintages are then carefully dazzled by hand using state-of-the-art technology and the special Dictador-Solera system. The master blender uses all his skills to create the most exquisite blended rum, which is only approved for bottling when it has reached the highest level.
