The Master Blender of Dictador continues his masterpiece in the creation of rums aged in American oak or given a port or sherry barrel finish. The Rima 1 Sherry Cask Vintage 1999 bottling matures for 23 years and receives a finish in sherry casks to achieve a unique fruity and spicy character. Distilled: 1999 Bottled: 2022 Cask no: ExSH-182 Limited to 860 bottles. Tasting notes:Color: Dark copper with reddish reflections. Nose: Candied oranges, spun sugar, toasted marshmallows, crepes Suzette, warm vanilla aromas. Taste: Fruity Satsuma orange peel, vanilla, hints of black pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg. Finish: Long lasting, dry, touch of ginger, spicy oak.
