This series of years of work bears fruit in the form of a collection of excellent rums that are matured in American oak or even receive a sherry - or port wine barrel finish. The Párrafo I PARDO Vintage 2003 bottling matures for 19 years and receives a finish ex-port wine barrels to achieve a unique character.
