This series of years of work bears fruit in the form of a collection of excellent rums that are aged in American oak or even receive a sherry - or port wine barrel finish. The Párrafo I PARDO Vintage 2004 bottling matures for 18 years and receives a finish ex-port wine casks to achieve a unique character.
