Dictador Ultra Premium Reserve with 12 years is distilled from the fermentation of native "Suger Cane Honey" - that is, the honey-like sugar cane syrup, which, unlike molasses, is an essence of the fresh sugar cane juice - partly in copper alembics and partly in steel tanks. The process used is collone distillation. This produces a medium rum body that is pleasantly aromatic. Matured mainly in oak barrels in the solera method and finally bottled under the highest quality control. This is the only way to ensure that all the secrets remain contained in the liquid aroma. Dictador rum, by the way, is not sweetened as many other "main-stream rums" are nowadays. Nevertheless, it has a slightly natural sweetness, which therefore has a particularly harmonious effect.
