Vermouth del Professore is one of the vermouths, which is made exclusively from wine and carefully selected spices. Named after the bartender, cocktail pioneer and "professor" Jerry Thomas, a historic spirit is created. After a double aging in oak barrels, first a Barolo and then a balanced vermouth are created.
