The Vermouth del Professore is one of the vermouths, which is made exclusively from wine and carefully selected spices. Named after the bartender, cocktail pioneer and "professor" Jerry Thomas, a historic spirit is created. Based on Barbera, the Vermouth is refined with selected herbs and ingredients such as wormwood, orange, vanilla and coriander. After a few months of aging in barrels, a balanced vermouth is created. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Fruity, mint, orange, vanilla. Taste: Balanced, notes of coriander, citrus, vanilla, cinchona bark. Finish: Long lasting. A ready-to-drink aperitif that likes to be enjoyed neat or with soda.
