This single malt is aged for ten years in bourbon casks at Craigellachie Distillery and then receives a finish in first fill Pedro Ximénez Sherry Octave casks. The bottling is neither colored nor chill-filtered. It is a limited bottling. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Intense, fruity. Taste: Rich, full-bodied, notes of fresh fruit. Finish: Long lasting.
