In 1975, El Coto de Rioja introduced the first wine to the market. Over time, the brand has conquered the national market and is now expanding worldwide. Rioja is a privileged region in Spain, characterised by agricultural diversity. The Coto De Imaz is made from a selection of the best tempranillo grapes of Rioja. It is aged in oak barrels for at least 18 months.Tasting notes:Cherry colour in the glass with garnet reflections. In the nose complex, with ripe fruit, spicy notes. On the palate strong with ripe tannins, cocoa, velvety. Long lasting finish. Grape variety: Tempranillo. Ageing: 18 months in barriques. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. The red wine goes very well with beef, veal and various game dishes.
