These trading companies travelled to America and India to import various goods into their home country. The brand Compagnie des Indes Rum was founded in 2014 and includes selected blends as well as single cask bottlings from various distilleries. The Single Cask Rum has a maturation period of 30 years. It is produced in the Enmore Distillery. Distilled: November 1988 Bottled: November 2018 Limited to 220 bottles!Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Complex, cedar wood, sherry, dried fruit. Flavour: nuts, tobacco, cherries. Aftertaste: Long lasting with ripe cherries and coca leaves.
