The Domaines Francis Abécassis distillery is located in Claix, in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. Cognac has been recognized there as a single estate since the late 1990s. The distillery owns a vineyard of 280 hectares, located in the Grande Champagne, Petite Champagne and Fins Bois regions. The Leyrat brand is produced by Domaines Francis Abécassis. The Cognac Leyrat ASSEMBLAGE N° 1 Single Estate Cognac blends exclusive eaux-de-vie from the Fins Bois region. Tasting notes:Color: Shimmering gold. Nose: Sweet, notes of vanilla, brown sugar. Taste: Sweet, fruity, notes of marzipan, summer fruits, orange peel, spices, nuts. Finish: Long lasting.
