Since 1887, the production of Rhum Clément is carried out according to the purest and most time-honored traditions inherited from Homère and Charles Clément. The Clément Rhum Chauffe Extrême Single Batch was produced at the distillery du Simon in Martinique. The distillation is made from sugar cane juice, which is followed by 5 years of aging in American oak barrels. Limited to 12,000 bottles worldwide. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Floral, fruity, fresh, mild. Taste: Round, notes of wood, vanilla, honey, figs and dates. Finish: Long lasting. This Clément is excellent for making cocktails, punch and long drinks.
