Since 1887, the production of Rhum Clément is carried out according to the purest and most time-honored traditions inherited from Homère and Charles Clément. Clément white rum is made from the best selection of the finest sugar cane from Habitation Clément. The sugar cane is harvested as low to the ground as possible to obtain the highest concentration of sucrose.
