This Cihuatán bottling is a tribute to the Mayan god of the polar star. The Cihuatán XAMAN XO Rum matures for a total of 16 years. Of these, it is stored for 15 years in former Bourbon barrels. This rum spends one year in Mayan Ceiba wood barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Complex aromas, leather, plums. Taste: Elegant, complex, cloves, pineapple, plums, bacon. Finish: Long lasting.
