The estate covers 50 hectares, 75% of which are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% with Merlot and 5% with Petit Verdot. Year 2015: 90 Parker points!Tasting notes:Dark ruby red in the glass. In the nose black cherries, nougat and tobacco. Spicy, juicy with a taste of red berries. Long lasting chocolate aftertaste. Grape varieties: 70% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Merlot, 8% Petit Vedot. Acidity: 5.4 g/l. Residual sugar: 2.1 g/l. Drinking temperature: 16-18°C. Storage potential: 15 years. Closure: Natural cork. Harmonises very well with dark meat like beef and lamb.
