Using a traditional copper still imported from France and a centuries-old distillation process, Chalong Bay has used innovative craftsmanship to create an award-winning rum of incredible character, originality and smoothness that gives full expression to the 100% natural Thai sugar cane it contains. The High Proof Rum is made from 100% natural, first-pressed sugar cane without fertilisers or additives in collaboration with local Thai farmers, and bottled at a whopping 57% vol. Handcrafted in small batches using a traditional distillation process with an imported French copper still for a particularly smooth, tropical flavour.Tasting notes:Colour: Clear.
