Domenico Dal Cero founded the winery Cà dei Frati in 1939, which is still a pure family business. The total annual production is about 400,000 bottles. Only 30% of the production is exported abroad. Tasting notes:Light yellow in the glass. On the nose of ripe fruit, peaches, yellow apples, roses and balsamic. On the palate a good structure with pleasant acidity, spicy, fine with a variety of aromas. The finish is long and persistent. Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano. Aging: 10 months in barrique, 3 months in bottle. Acidity: 6,60 g/l. Soil: Calcareous clay soil. Harvest: Mid-October. Closure: Natural cork. Serving temperature: 8°C. Cellaring potential: 3-4 years. This wine harmonizes very well with light sauces, pasta, poultry and white meat.
