The Bushmills distillery has been around since 1608, making it the oldest distillery in the world. The Giant's Causeway is a place very close to the small village of Bushmills. The Causeway Collection was inspired by this place. The Bushmills THE CAUSEWAY COLLECTION Single Malt Irish Whisky Sauternes Casks matures for over 7 years in Oloroso sherry casks, as well as bourbon casks. The finish receives this Irish whiskey for 2 years in Sauternes wine casks. Distilled: August 22, 2011 Bottled: 2021 This is a limited bottling. Tasting notes:Color: Bright amber. Nose: Delicate, fruity, notes of white wine, peaches, apricots, vanilla. Taste: Sweet, spicy, notes of vanilla, honey, citrus, toffee. Finish: Long lasting.
