The 10-year-old Bushmills is triple distilled and then matures in former bourbon barrels and barrels that were previously filled with Spanish sherry. It is finished in sherry casks. Tasting notes:Color: Amber. Nose: Balanced, complex, notes of dried fruit, vanilla. Taste: Full-bodied, notes of vanilla, sherry, raisins, nuts, malt. Finish: Long lasting.
