Its complex distillation process and the unique composition of selected ingredients make Bombay Sapphire something special. Both factors take away the dominance of the typical juniper taste, soften the otherwise intense aroma and make Bombay Sapphire a class of its own.
The extraction of the valuable ingredients, which is particularly gentle and careful due to steam, is one of the secrets for the taste of Bombay Sapphire. Generally, gin gets its taste from four to six vegetable ingredients. In contrast, Bombay Sapphire is based on ten precious botanicals which form the basis of its unmistakable aroma.
The special thing about this limited edition is that three more botanicals were used in its production. Polei mint, rose hips and roasted hazelnuts complement the gin perfectly.
