Description
The Bolla winery, founded by Abele Bolla, has existed since 1883, initially marketing a white sweet local wine, followed by the production of red wines Valpolicella and Recioto. In the 90's, the company began to engage in policy as well as ongoing innovation. This innovation has affected both the production process of the already exquisite wines and the design of the packaging. In recognition of this, in 1996 the winery was awarded a certificate for quality assurance. Today, the wines of the Bolla family are exported to more than 70 countries. Tasting notes:Cherry red in the glass. Very powerful and fruity nose, aromas of dark berries such as currants, cherries and blueberries and dark chocolate. The palate is fruity and creamy with a lively fruit acidity. The finish is long and persistent. Grape varieties: 70% Corvina, 30% Rondinella. Aging: barrique barrels. Residual sugar: 2,0 g/l. Acidity: 5,1 g/l. Closure: Natural cork. Drinking temperature: 13-18°C. Storage potential: until 2029. Drink the red wine with braised beef and other dishes with dark meat.
