Description
The Bocchino Grappa Sigillo Nero is made from the red Barfbera d'Asti, Dolcetto d'Alba and Nebbiolo grapes. The grapes are distilled in a distillation flask according to the method of Carlo Bocchino. Aging is for 12 months in 8000 litre Slavonian oak barrels.Tasting notes:Colour: gold. Nose: Delicate, dry. Flavour: Strong in character, fragrant. Finish: Long lasting.
