The fine Blackwell Fine Jamaican Rum from one of the Caribbean rum strongholds was produced to exactly match Chris Blackwell's taste preferences. It is said that a top-secret ingredient was therefore added to the distillate from molasses. The result is a dark rum that has typical Jamaican or Caribbean characteristics as well as a certain sophistication.
