This whisky is produced in the Baden State Brewery Rothaus in the Upper Black Forest. For the production malt is combined with the especially soft Rothaus water. In the distillery Kammer-Kirsch it is then distilled twice in copper stills.
Maturation takes place in ex-bourbon barrels made of white oak.
Bottled: March 2020
Nose: Spicy, sweet vanilla notes, honey.
Taste: Spicy, notes of black fruits, red wine.
Finish: Long lasting.
