The Distell Group presents the Alchemy Series of blended Scotch whisky Black Bottle, this includes two bottlings: Double Cask and Islay Smoke. The Black Bottle Island Smoke consists among other things of a blended malt from 1984, which gives the character maritime and smoky flair and a balanced contrast with grain and vanilla flavors. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Toasted cedar, earthy peat, toffee, hint of cinnamon. Taste: Oatmeal biscuits, seaweed, salted caramel, cardamom, red chilli flakes. Finish: Long lasting, salty sea breeze.
