The third batch bottling of the Bimber Distillery convinces again with carefully selected ex-bourbon oak casks. Bourbon casks are made from Quercus Alba or white oak, also known as American oak. This type of wood complements the underlying character of the approachable, fruit-forward spirit, imparting sweet, rich vanilla and caramel flavors and a perfectly balanced spice. Each cask is specially selected and blended in Bimber Distillery's handcrafted oak barrel before bottling. Smallt Batch - limited to 5,000 bottles. Tasting notes:Colour: Golden yellow. Nose: Dried apricots, vanilla buttercream, coconut cake, malt. Taste: Cinnamon-flavoured French toast, peppery oak, orchard fruit, hints of peaches, cream. Finish: Long lasting, oak, spices, dried apples.
