Roby Marton is the man behind Big Gino. Roberto gives his gins a personal touch and affectionately calls them Ginos, hence the name of this distillate. Big Gino contains three organic spices; Tuscan juniper, Jamaican allspice and Israeli and dried Chinese grapefruit. This gin is not filtered, distilled in small batches and bottled by hand.
