It is distilled discontinuously in small copper steam boilers. It is stored in French oak barrels. Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: Fruity, soft, cocoa, red berries. Taste: Elegant, creamy, slightly fruity, dark chocolate. Finish: Long lasting, silky.
