The Benriach distillery in the Scottish Speyside has produced a new CASK EDITION Collection 2021. These are 19 single cask bottlings, including single malt whiskies with vintages between 1994 and 2009. These whiskies are matured with or without peat, as well as in the most diverse casks from ex-Port Wine to ex-Moscatel. All premium bottlings of this collection were created by the master blender Dr. Rachel Barrie. The Benriach 12 Years Old Peated CAKS EDITION Vintage 2009 Speyside Single Malt Scotch Whisky matures in Port Pipe casks. Distilled: 16 January 2009 Bottled: 2021 This bottling is limited to 825 bottles. Tasting notes:Colour: Copper. Nose: Smoky, crème brûlée, notes of peat, oranges. Taste: Rich, spicy, crème brûlée, notes of smoke, peat, oranges. Finish: Long and persistent.
