The Bareksten Botanical Gin was inspired by the Norwegian landscape. Dense forests, where sunlight barely reaches the forest floor, is typical for the country. Both the geographical location and the weather conditions make the production of this gin in Norway simply perfect. Apart from 2 months in summer, during which the sun never sets, there is total darkness for 2 months in winter. Wonderful conditions for growing herbs and berries.
