The Austrian Empire Navy Rum does not come from Austria, as the name suggests, but from Great Britain.
There this rum is produced by the Albert Michler Distillery. Already in 1863 this distillery was a supplier of spirits to the Austrian-Hungarian monarchy.
The Austrian Empire Navy Rum 18 Solera Blended consists of distillates which are aged for about 18 years in oak barrels.

Nose: Fruity, notes of oak wood.
Taste: Fruits, spices, dark chocolate, caramel.
