In the 10th century, during the reign of King Gagik I of the Bagratuni Dynasty, a luxurious residence was built on Akhtamar Island. The name of the island is derived from the legend of Princess Tamar and her love for a handsome young man who drowned in Lake Van with the words "Ah, Tamar". Mount Ararat is the most cherished symbol of Armenian culture. On the mountain slopes are the oldest vineyards in the world. Ararat Charles Aznavour Signature Blend is a blend of special and rare wine distillates. Charles Aznavour participated in a tasting and thus selected wine distillates for the blend, each of which reflects a moment in his life's work. Wine distillates from 1956, 1960 and 1981 are included in this brandy. It is aged for 25 years. On the bottle is the autograph of the maître. Tasting notes:Color: Amber.
