The Apogee XII Years Old Pure Malt Whisky is produced in London by the Bimber Distillery. The Wihsky matures for 12 years in the distillery's own ex-Bimber casks. The whiskies used for this come from the Highlands and Speyside. Tasting notes:Color: golden yellow. Nose: Spicy, fruity, notes of pears, apricots, sweets, rose water, nutmeg, ginger. Taste: Rich, fresh, charred, notes of stone fruit, oak, white pepper, mint. Finish: Long lasting, fruity, aromatic, oak.
