Thanks to distillation in a discontinuous still in a water bath using the exclusive "Metodo Da Ponte" process, the aromatic components are particularly pure and well developed.Tasting notes:Colour: crystal clear. Nose: notes of summer fruits, apricots, pears, apples, ripe grapes. Flavour: soft, delicately floral, mild, notes of malvasia and Chardonnay grapes. Finish: Long lasting.
