The 16 year old Aberlour was stored in two different types of barrels. Besides former Oloroso sherry barrels, bourbon barrels were also used. During bottling the malts were married together.Tasting notes:Colour: red gold. Nose: fruity, pleasantly floral, nut. Taste: Elegant, fruity, hints of vanilla, oak wood tones. Finish: Harmonious, long lasting.
