4X7 X.O Single Vintage Prime Rum is the latest creation of master distiller Hans Reisetbauer. The cuvée consists of 50% Jamaican and 50% Reisetbauer's own production, based on the finest, certified fair-trade molasses from Mauritius. The maturation of the X.O takes place in oak barrels before it is bottled with an alcohol content of 40.5%. Tasting notes:Color: Dark amber. Nose: Spicy, fruit notes, caramel, vanilla nuances. Palate: Sweet of fruit, complex, sugar cane flavors. Finish: Long lasting, complex, fruity.
