For this Calvados Pays D'Auge X.O. only apples from the Pays d'Auge region are harvested and processed into cider. This taste character of the apples, with a double distillation in copper stills and a maturation for at least nine years in oak barrels, gives this Calvados its incomparable intensity and length.
