The Glendalough Single Cask Calvados is aged for three years and one day in old American white oak bourbon barrels, with a one-year finish in French oak barrels where Calvados XO was previously stored. Only 366 bottles are filled per barrel.Tasting notes:Colour: Amber. Nose: floral, vanilla, honey, exotic fruits. Taste: butterscotch, toffee, boiled apples and pears, cinnamon, honey. Finish: Long lasting, green apples.
